Called Arronco for furnace issue and they were able to send tech same day.  Eric Rice was excellent and found problem. Parts ordered and should be complete in a day or so.  Very thorough on explanation of issue.  I also have semi annual maintenance program.  Eric  made suggestions on filters and maintaining equipment.  Very professional. Tyler G & the team at Arronco are always a pleasure to work with. Tyler not only found and fixed the issue I was having but also loaned me a thermostat for use until the one I needed is delivered for replacement. James was very professional and helpful.  Our AC had died and he was able to diagnose and explain the issue. He tried a part replacement to see if that would fix the issue, but unfortunately, our AC compressor was shot and tripped the breaker for the few seconds he got it running again.  Since the issue was bigger than a simple capacitor replacement, he removed the new capacitor and of course didn’t charge us for that since it wasn’t going to fix the issue.  unfortunately we will have to be getting a new AC unit/heat pump, but at least we understand why.
