Precautionary Measures 

We are your HVAC, plumbing, and indoor air quality (IAQ) experts, and your family’s health and safety are our team’s most important focus. We are ensuring that we are following all recommendations and advice from the CDC to keep our staff and customers safe. As people have become extra conscious of germs and illnesses, we want to ease some concerns you may have.

We allow our employees and technicians to have ample time off work to care for themselves and their families in a time of illness. Historically, all of our technicians have utilized shoe covers to keep your home clean and prevent any outside contaminants from entering your home. All technicians will wear a mask while performing work inside or outside your home. As an extra precaution, we have also stocked our service trucks with hand sanitizer, gloves, extra masks and other supplies. In addition, we have changed how our technicians will interact with you. To protect themselves and your family members, they will not shake your hand upon greeting or exiting. We will have the technician verify and then sign the tablet on your behalf upon completion of the work performed, and as usual a digital copy of your invoice will be emailed to you. We feel that these extra precautions will help ensure that everyone stays healthy.
