Scheduled Maintenance (System Tune-Ups)
It is a proven fact that heating, cooling and air quality systems that are properly and regularly maintained require far fewer emergency repairs. Also repairs that may be needed are normally much less expensive.
Conventional Heating and Cooling systems burning fossil fuels or high voltage electricity can become dangerous over time if not properly maintained. Gas or oil leaks can lead to fire hazard; exhaust leaks can cause sickness or even death.
It is also very common to find the efficiency of the system drops dramatically if not maintained. This not only increases fuel cost, but reduces comfort levels. Often the increased fuel cost can be greater than the maintenance service.
